Inside Our Growth Strategy for Poland

Why Poland Matters in Our Expansion Roadmap

At Bravo Savings Network, we see Poland as one of the most dynamic e-commerce markets in Europe, with strong digital adoption and a growing appetite for smarter shopping. Building on our international footprint, we are scaling our local presence to deliver better savings for consumers and stronger performance for brands. Our target in Poland is clear: we are working toward 40% year-over-year growth, supported by focused investments in technology, partnerships, and on-the-ground expertise for our local brand, BravoKupony.

The Investment Powering Our Next Chapter

Our strategy is reinforced by a minority investment from Xenon Private Equity Small Cap (XSCF), which acquired a 49% stake in our company. This partnership brings capital and seasoned operational support, helping us accelerate in-market execution. With XSCF’s backing and a digital coupon market that continues to expand, we are prioritizing scalable initiatives in Poland, from advanced tracking and optimization to dedicated content that reflects local preferences and seasonality.

Strengthening the Offer With Leading Partners

Growth in Poland is built on partnerships that users already trust. We have recently added UberEats, Lookfantastic and AboutYou to our network, expanding a roster that includes brands like Norton, Puma, ASOS and Modivo. These collaborations allow us to surface relevant, high-converting offers, while helping merchants reach incremental audiences at efficient acquisition costs. Our teams work closely with advertisers to align promotions with peak Polish shopping moments, from back-to-school to the holiday season, so users discover timely deals that genuinely matter.

What This Means for Shoppers and Brands

For shoppers, our goal is simple: more value with less effort. We invest in high-quality editorial content, rigorous deal curation and testing, and clear, trustworthy presentation. For brands, we provide performance transparency, deep category insights and targeted placements that drive measurable outcomes. As we expand, we remain focused on compliance, data quality and a frictionless user experience that supports sustainable, long-term growth for all stakeholders.

Our Sustainability Commitment

Expansion must go hand in hand with responsibility. Through our Green Friday Challenge, we partner with Eden Reforestation Projects to plant one tree for every qualifying purchase made on our platforms between Black Friday and Christmas. To date, we have planted over 500,000 trees in Kenya, and we are working toward 1 million. This initiative reflects our belief that smarter shopping can also contribute to a healthier planet, without compromising value for users or performance for advertisers.

Who We Are

Founded in 2015, we have grown into a leading international player in digital coupons and affiliate marketing, now active across 13 markets. Our mission is to help consumers save more while enabling brands to scale efficiently through high-intent, performance-driven channels. As we deepen our presence in Poland, we are committed to investing in local relevance, broader partnerships, and technology that makes savings seamless and reliable.
